Health Visitor
The Public Health Nursing Service is a dedicated team of professionals holding a range of skills and qualifications to support expectant mothers during pregnancy and after the birth.
They deliver child and family health services, provide ongoing additional services for vulnerable children and families and contribute to multidisciplinary services in safeguarding and protecting children.
Wiltshire Children’s Community Health Services PHN Teams serve families from convenient locations across our Practice area.
