Welcome to Three Chequers Medical Practice
We are a Salisbury based GP Practice with sites at Endless Street and Rollestone Street. We have branch surgeries in the villages of Porton and Winterslow. The Practice is a Partnership with 9 GP Partners and 13 additional Salaried GPs. We have a large practice team including a Advance Nurse Practitioner, nurses, healthcare assistants and pharmacists and are able to offer a wide range of services to our patients. In addition we are a training practice, teaching both trainee GPs and student doctors.

Complaints
If you have a complaint or concern about the service you have received from the doctors or any of the staff working in this practice, please let us know. We operate a practice complaint procedure as part of an NHS complaints system, which meets the national criteria.
We hope that we can sort most problems out easily, quickly at the time they arise with the person concerned. If you wish to make a formal complaint, please do so as soon as possible - ideally within a matter of a few days. This will enable us to establish what happened more easily.
Our complaints form is available below for you to fill in and return as per its instructions or alternatively is available at any of our branch receptions. Also below is a copy of our complaints procedure leaflet which further explains the process.
