Three Swans Surgery is open for pre booked face to face appointments, Monday to Friday 8am – 6:30pm. Three Swans is also the centre of our telephone system, lines are open Monday to Friday 8am - 6:30pm. To book an appointment or to make a general enquiry, please call the surgery on 01722 336441.

Repeat prescription requests may be dropped into the letter box if already written, alternatively please email your prescription request to prescriptions.3chequers@nhs.net.

Three Swans Surgery Hot Site:

The rear ground floor is by appointment only for patients with symptoms of COVID-19. Our clinicians at our “Hot Hub” will be wearing Positive Pressure Respirators, this gives them almost 100% protection. Meaning that even if a patient did have COVID-19, the clinician is very unlikely to contract it and spread it among our staff. This will mean that our services and your health, won’t be affected by this Pandemic any more than it already has.

Though the protective kit might look a bit intimidating, our friendly clinicians will be there to greet you, treat you and get you on the road to recovery.
