Endless Street is open for the pre booked face to face appointments and collection of medication, Monday to Friday 8am – 6:30pm.
For the protection of all patients and staff masks must still be worn when entering the building, Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your appointment and maintain social distancing.
Endless Street is not open for booking appointments or general enquiries, please call the surgery instead. Repeat prescription requests may be dropped into the letter box if already written, alternatively please email your prescription request to email@example.com

Our surgery premises are in a Georgian town house in Endless Street, close to the centre of Salisbury. The surgery has been modernised and extended in recent years to provide 7 consulting rooms and 3 well equipped treatment rooms, a dispensary and office accommodation for the clerical staff.

We can dispense repeat medication from these premises but are only permitted to provide this service to patients who live in a specified geographical area which includes the villages of: Winterbourne Dauntsey, Winterbourne Earls, Winterbourne Gunner, Hurdcott, Porton, East Gomeldon, West Gomeldon, Figsbury, Firsdown, Pitton, Winterslow, Farley, East Grimstead and West Grimstead. Alderbury/Whaddon, Coombe Bissett, Bodenham & Homington, Nunton and Odstock Village. However the Regulations governing dispensing do not allow us to provide acute medications at Endless Street.
