A terrible experience over many months

We joined this practice after moving into the area. So far we've experienced 7 to 8 week waits for a GP appointment, 60 minute waits past appointment times, total lack of compassion or caring for our conditions, a GP angrily belittling serious symptoms and general chaos in organisation. The surgery has proved impossible to contact at times and doesn't reply to emails. The worst medical care we've ever experienced and we've taken our family out and registered elsewhere. It's devastating to read the reviews below (if honest) which show people given non-emergency appointments at short notice and being respectfully treated, this is the antithesis of what we've experienced.

Great Receptionists

Needed to speak with someone about my mother and Receptionist listened to my concerns and ensured Doctor called back. Doctor also listened and arranged an appointment for me to take my mother to surgery. Had to call again later and again was listened to - no humph at my call - they listened and again ensured I was put through to correct area. Receptionist was exceptionally polite at all times and concerned that mother was put with correct person to be dealt with - it made my life so much more pleasant!!

Great Surgery/ Practice To Visit

I have been a patient of the Endless Street Surgery, now 3Chequers, for as long as I can remember and so has my family. The Doctors, Nursing and Reception Staff have always provided a first class service. Professional, polite, courteous and friendly across all the surgeries. All our medical requirements are dealt with in a proper and timely fashion. Highly recommend. Thank you.
