Excellent support

Was suffering from headache, dizziness, and nausea for a few days so called for a phone appointment. One of their trainee GPs called me back within the hour, and proceeded to check up with me twice more during the day, including in the evening. Everything was explained to me clearly, and the doctor was wonderfully accommodating when I explained I couldn't physically get to the surgery. I really felt that my situation was being taken seriously and all efforts were being taken to get me the best care in a really tough situation. The practice has kept up to date with my prescriptions during COVID-19 too. I'm really grateful to the whole team.

smooth as silk

Phoned endless st surgery at 08.20 today. Doc returned my call at 10.15 with 10.45 slot. Opted for 11.30 slot at Rollestone St, duly attended and my concerns were dealt with quickly and efficiently. How good is that?

Thanks...

Had a wart on scalp. Sent pic by email to GP, GP sent pic. on to SDH same day to refer to SDH. Call about two weeks later from SDH asking if I could take up a cancelled appt .in two days, would have to take Covid test same day at SDH. Did so. Minor op. 2 days later. Call from SDH surgeon last week, result: not cancerous. Superb service from a consistently excellent practice. Many thanks!!!
