How to Request a Home Visit
Please request as early in the day as possible, preferably by 11:00am. Call your surgery on its usual telephone number to request a home visit.
You may be asked to speak to a doctor if you feel you need a home visit. Please understand that home visiting can only be offered for patients who are housebound or who have become too ill to travel to the surgery.
Sometimes we understand that it is difficult for people to obtain transport to the surgery, but we very much regret that we are unable to visit people at home for this reason.
