SystmConnect is a platform for submitting online requests to the Practice.
From 6th January 2025, our patients are able to submit the following online requests to the Practice using SystmConnect:
1. Submit online consultation requests.
2. Request for a Fit Note (Med 3 ).
3.Submit a travel clinic request.
4. Update your contact details/address.
5. Request Non-NHS work (Forms/Reports/Letters).
The Practice Team continues to work on developing new request types to add to the SystmConnect platform.
The SystmConnect platform allows our patients to access the help they need in a timely manner without having to contact us multiple times and will take less time than it takes to phone up. It will also allow the surgery to use our resources in the most effective manner by directing patients to the most appropriate clinician, team or service.
If you have a clinical problem that you’d like help with, that is not time-sensitive or urgent, then please complete the SystmConnect that is best suited to the type of problem you wish to discuss.
