Could not have had better care and with the virus problems the service was amazing and the Doctor and nurses were truly accommodating and caring

Gastrointestinal Infection - Campylobacter

Timely access to the doctor, excellent initial advice. Noted it took 9 days to gain access to antibiotic, symptoms were severe. Within 3 days of taking antibiotic recovery started - thank you to all - especially in these challenging times of Covid-19.

Good doctors surgery

I attended the flu vacination clinic at Winterslow Community Centre this morning and it was very well organised and Covid prepared and safe. It was effecient and well run and the staff on duty were lovely

Outstanding understanding, care and concern

I accompanied my elderly mother for a discussion with her doctor. Given the difficult circumstances all the staff we encountered were helpful, patient and courteous. The GP was knowledgeable about my mother, genuinely concerned and took the time to understand her recent decline in health and ability to look after herself. She also took a number of actions, one of which involved the Care Coordinator contacting me the next day. I am impressed, but above all incredibly grateful for the level of care given. Thank you.
