Your direct line to the Reception Team!

For some time, the Practice’s main email address (three.chequers@nhs.net) has been the primary source of incoming email and the team managing this account have had to re-direct all and sundry to the relevant account.

To reduce some of this workload, we are pleased to announce that patients can now use the direct Reception email for:

  • Notifying us of a change of address / email address and telephone numbers
  • Registration queries and requests
  • Vaccination queries (please note that we are not able to book a COVID vaccine for you – please see our article on your options here)
  • Online access
  • Requesting / relating to the collection of blood forms
  • SystmOnline problems
  • Cancellation of appointments

Please note, we are not able to comply with requests to arrange appointments via email. If you require an appointment, urgent or otherwise, please call the practice on 01722 336441 or use the Online Booking tool SystmOnline
