Autumn COVID-19 Booster Campaign

The focus for our clinics was to vaccinate as many patients as we can without impacting our normal service. Therefore we had a very limited overall number of appointments available.
We only invited* our Immunosuppressed patients and patients aged over 75 who were "at-risk" of serious illness if they get COVID-19 - though any eligible patient (see below) was able to contact us to book an appointment.
*this means we sent an SMS, email, or contacted the patient by telephone or letter asking them to arrange an appointment.

No further clinics planned...

Any patient defined as eligible (see links below), should contact 119 for more information on how to book a vaccination.

Housebound patients will be contacted by the regional vaccination team - please be aware that our staff are not able to give out this team's contact information, nor are they able to see when you might be contacted about having your vaccine. The reception team are only able to tell you whether your medical record reflects that you are housebound. Thank you for your patience.
