New Software System

On Friday 22nd November our Dispensary team will be using a new software system called Titan to process prescriptions for Dispensing Patients.

This will not affect how patients order their medication and we would encourage patients to order as normal through their preferred method.

The Dispensary telephone line will be closed for the duration of this training, which is anticipate to last the entire day. The Dispensary telephone line will reopen on Monday 25th November.

Please could we ask that patients bear with us while we transition to the new software as there may be a slight delay.
