Important Update to Services at Our Branch Surgeries

Dear Patients,

We would like to let patients know about some changes to the opening arrangements at our branch surgeries from 1 August 2026.

Following a review of how we provide services across all of our sites, we have made the decision to adjust the opening times at Porton and Winterslow Surgery.

From 1 August:

• Porton Surgery will be closed on Wednesdays.
• There will be no GP clinic at Winterslow Surgery on Mondays. The surgery will remain open for reception and dispensary services, and patients will still be able to collect prescriptions as usual.

These changes will help us make the best use of our clinical and administrative staff across the practice, ensuring we can continue to provide safe, sustainable services for all our patients.

Patients affected by these changes will still be able to access appointments at our main surgery and at other available clinics across the practice.

We understand that any change to local services may be disappointing, and we appreciate your understanding. Our aim is to ensure that we can continue to provide high-quality care while making the most effective use of our resources.
