The Practice is pleased to announce that our Autumn Flu and COVID-19 vaccination clinics will begin soon.
The table below sets out the eligibility criteria to receive your vaccination at Three Chequers Medical Practice:

We will shortly be inviting eligible eligible patients to book an appointment via an invitation link sent by SMS or email therefore we ask patients to check that their communication preference is accurate and up-to-date. Patients with alternative contact preferences should book their flu jab by calling the practice on 01722 336441 between 9.30am - 1.30pm.

Child Flu
If you have a child between the ages of 2 and 3, you will be invited to make an appointment in one of our upcoming child flu clinics. Therefore we ask patients to check that their communication preference and address information is accurate and up-to-date. Patients with alternative contact preferences should book their child's flu jab by calling the practice on 01722 336441 between 9.30am - 1.30pm.
