Three Chequers Medical Practice work in Partnership with Clinical Pharmacists employed by Imperium Healthcare Limited, who provide our patients with comprehensive long term condition reviews and medication reviews over the telephone.
A Clinical Pharmacist may call you for your annual long term condition review or medication review during your birth month.
The Clinical Pharmacist will call from a telephone number beginning with 0333.
If you are unsure of the identity of the caller, you can call the surgery on 01722 336 441 who will be able to confirm if it is a legitimate call from the Surgery.
